Welcome to Renew with Nurse Julie. Our practice focuses on you and helping you achieve your health goals. As a nurse health coach, I work with clients to optimize health through lab biomarker analysis, hormone replacement therapy, medical assisted weight loss, nutrtition, supplements and other wellness practices.
With a 21-year background in urgent care nursing, I transitioned to health optimization over the last 12 years, focusing on client-centered wellness strategies. I work with my medical director, Jo Anders NP, who brings clinical expertise and guidance.
We work with you to develop a tailored treatment approach that takes your whole person into consideration – your symptoms, your health, your objectives and your concerns.

Hi, I’m Julie Williams, Registered Nurse.
I am passionate about anti-aging medicine. As a Cosmetic Nurse, I perform many non-surgical procedures and therapeutics to assist patients in improving their skin's health and natural appearance.
I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health from Western Washington University in 1990 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Walla Walla College in 1994. My nursing experience has been in family practice, urgent care, metabolic medicine, and aesthetic injectables.
